What we keep — and what we don't.

We do not keep the screenshots you upload or the raw chat text you paste after the analysis request finishes. The content is sent to an AI provider to produce your result. Your saved report may quote short excerpts, but the full screenshot and transcript are not saved.

An anonymous device id (a random string stored in your browser), the derived analysis result (including evidence, next moves and suggested replies), and your unlock status. Results are associated with that browser id so the history can appear on a later visit. Clearing site data, switching browsers, or using another device can disconnect access to that history. If you add a conversation alias, it is stored with the analysis. No account is required.

To generate a result, AI Mirror sends the chat content needed for analysis to a third-party AI provider. The current server configuration can route requests to DeepSeek or OpenAI. We have not verified or enabled a contractual zero-data-retention setting, so we do not promise that these providers never retain content or use it to improve their services. Their handling is governed by their current account settings and policies: the DeepSeek Open Platform Terms and OpenAI API data controls.

If you submit the optional pricing survey, we save your feature choices, optional USD price range per report, survey version, and submission time with your anonymous browser history. Submitting does not create a purchase, subscription, or mailing list signup. If you have allowed analytics, the choices are also recorded in PostHog to help us understand demand.

Payments are currently disabled. All analysis features are available without a purchase during early access. Saved early-access reports retain their access if pricing changes; access still depends on this browser's history identifier.

Passwords, banking info, ID cards, or anything you wouldn't show a stranger. AI inference is not a vault — keep sensitive content offline.
